New clients start with a paid health check. That keeps the first conversation useful, protects your time and gives Ruth enough evidence to say whether the answer is a repair, a rebuild, a Power BI pack or a polite no.
Service Menu
A 90-minute screen-share review of the workbook, Power BI file or reporting routine causing trouble. You receive a written action list, a view on risk and a recommendation on whether to repair, rebuild or leave it alone.
Up to 4 hours of formula repair, clean-up, protection of input areas and handover notes. Best for a workbook that broadly does the right job but has become risky, slow or too dependent on one person.
A fixed-scope Excel or Power BI build using your exports, agreed measures and management review format. Typical work includes late orders, production output, WIP, yield, stock or a board pack for the owner team.
Light-touch ongoing support after a repair or build. Ruth checks refreshes, updates measures, answers sensible questions and keeps small reporting routines from sliding back into copy-paste drift.

Jobs over £1,500 require a 40% deposit to reserve the slot. The balance is due within 14 days of delivery.
