Four Things That Make The First Reply Useful
- What system exports exist, such as Sage, MRP, CSV downloads, shop-floor capture or manual logs.
- What the report is for, for example morning meeting, WIP review, order-book call, yield check or board pack.
- Who uses it and who can agree the definitions when two departments disagree.
- The deadline if there is one, plus whether the current report is wrong, slow, fragile or missing completely.

On-site visits are available within roughly 55 miles of Coventry, including Birmingham, Leicester, Warwick, Rugby, Northampton, Worcester and the Black Country.
Remote work is available across the UK for Excel, Power BI and reporting process work. New work normally starts 2 to 4 weeks after the first paid health check.

Dashboardster closes for English bank holidays and the Christmas works shutdown. Care-plan clients should use the agreed route for proper production reporting emergencies. New enquiries are answered when the desk reopens.
